The business simply receives the workers onto the shift and confirms the workdays each month.

Who provides replacements when a worker walks off the job?

Nhan Kiet tracks headcount changes daily and proactively supplies replacement workers from a reserve pool per the agreement, so your production line never skips a beat. All social insurance increase/decrease filings are handled by Nhan Kiet.

Do you take on short-term seasonal and peak-season supply?

Yes. Beyond ongoing supply, Nhan Kiet takes on peak-season work (holidays and order surges) and full turnkey subcontracting by output: loading and unloading, packing, industrial cleaning, warehouse support — priced by the actual volume of work.

How is the manpower supply fee calculated?

Settled monthly by the actual number of workers and workdays: the unit price covers the workers' wages, insurance, taxes and the service fee — all itemized on the statement for both sides to reconcile before payment, with a valid invoice issued.
